Newman at Night - Food Crawls

 

We created this series for the parents of students at one of Louisiana's most prestigious college preparatory schools, Isidore Newman.  Meeting one night a week for several months, we presented a culinary tour unlike any other in the city.  Choosing the best representations and most popular restaurants among true foodies, each stop involved a thorough explanation of each dish, a history of the place, and much insight and hilarity from the owners and chefs.  We don't do in-and-out stops to meet a profit or budget.  It's all about the relationships we create and the knowledge we have of each stop on any tour we run.  We have done several similar ones for other clients as they come in town - and have several more in store!  Interested in one of your own for a group of friends or clients?  Reach out and let us know!
